We are currently seeking experienced Network Engineer to join our team at recruitment company. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization’s network infrastructure. The candidates are responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, robust security, and efficient operation of network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Design and Implementation: This involves planning network topology, selecting hardware and software components, and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring network performance and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies is a crucial aspect of the role.
- Security Management: implementation of robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols, to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Salary Range: Depending on the candidate’s experience and capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with network equipment and technologies from leading vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of network security principles and practices.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ (desired).
